Presidente: Rafael Fernandez Campos

President of the CDO Club of Spain, he was Bankia’s Chief Data Officer between 2015 and 2021, and is currently Director of Information Strategy and Regulatory Reporting at CaixaBank. Co-Author of the book El Valor del Dato (2020), he has a PhD in Economics and Public Finance from the Autonomous University, a degree in Business Administration from the same University. Certificate in Data Governance and Strategy from IE Executive Education, Master in Management of Financial Institutions from the Francisco de Vitoria University and ICLD Transformational Leadership. He is an academic coordinator and professor at IE University, as well as a professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid and the School of Applied Finance. Member of the Ethosfera Academic Council. Member of the Academic Council of Alumni UAM. Director of the Magazine of the Association of Actuaries and of the Magazine Index (INE-UAM).

Vicepresidente & CFO: Silvina Arce Gil

CDAO of Grupo Falabella since 2020, previously CDO at Banco Santander Spain and Banco de Chile since 2016.

Founder and Member of the Executive Board of Club CDO Spain & Latam. Responsible for implementing the unique strategy around information management, aligning processes, people and technology, which allows maximizing the value of one of the most strategic assets, data. Coordinator, facilitator, interlocutor and ambassador of the data governance model, defining the general principles and criteria related to data management and quality, its traceability, consistency, conciliation, and assigning responsibilities and how the functions involved should act in data management.

Co-Founder & Marketing Director: Miriam Jiménez García

Founder and Thinker of Club CDO Spain & Latam since its launch in September 2017 and currently Marketing Director of the first community of CDOs in Spain and Latam. With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, she is an expert in technological Marketing in which she has developed her professional career of more than 15 years as Field Marketing Manager in large multinationals such as Intel, Microsoft and Qlik.
